How it works
From photos to cleaned, conditioned and protected leather
- 1
Photo review and estimate
Send clear photos of the complete leather item and close-ups of any marks, wear, cracking, peeling or areas you want us to inspect.
- 2
Leather and finish inspection
We inspect the leather type, finish and existing condition before choosing the appropriate cleaning and care products.
- 3
Controlled leather cleaning
Suitable surfaces are cleaned carefully to remove everyday soil and residue without using the extraction process used for fabric upholstery.
- 4
Condition and protect
After cleaning, we apply a moisturizing conditioning treatment followed by a protective solution, then review the finished surfaces and after-care.
After-care
When the furniture can be used again
Allow the conditioning and protective products to settle and dry before normal use. The technician will explain the practical after-care based on the leather, products used and room conditions.
Honest expectations
Cleaning cannot reverse permanent damage
Cleaning and conditioning cannot repair cracking, peeling or delamination, deep scratches, permanent dye loss, worn finish, cuts or other physical damage. Some stains and colour changes may be permanent.
Frequently asked questions
Leather Upholstery Cleaning FAQs
What does your leather upholstery service include?
The service includes careful cleaning of suitable leather surfaces, a moisturizing conditioning treatment and application of a protective solution, followed by after-care guidance.
Do you clean every type of leather?
Not every leather uses the same process. We inspect the material and finish first. Suede, nubuck, heavily damaged leather and specialty finishes may require a different approach or may not be suitable for our standard service.
Can leather cleaning remove scratches or peeling?
No. Cleaning can remove suitable surface soil and improve the overall appearance, but it cannot repair scratches, peeling, cracking, dye loss or worn protective finish.
How do I get a leather sofa quote?
Send clear photos of the full sofa or chair and close-ups of any marks or worn areas. We use the photos to confirm the item, condition and expected service scope before booking.
