How should I count carpeted stairs?
Count the steps in each flight and note the landings separately. Include the hallway at the top or bottom if you want it cleaned too.
Can I book a sectional and the basement carpet?
Yes. Describe the sectional layout, carpeted rooms and access to the basement. We can quote them together and allow time for both.
Are photos needed for a larger job?
They can help show room layouts and furniture sizes, but they are optional. A list of items, approximate dimensions and a stair count is a useful starting point.
Do I need to empty every room?

What about stains that keep coming back?
