Can you clean velvet or boucle upholstery?

Can you reach an apartment without an elevator?
Tell us the floor, number of stairs and entrance arrangements. We'll check access with you before agreeing on the appointment; don't assume every staircase or entrance will work.
Should I treat the stain before you arrive?

Can I use the sofa that evening?
