Can a sofa and dining chairs be cleaned together?
Yes. Give us the sofa size, chair count and whether the chair backs are upholstered. Mention any bench or ottoman separately so the quote covers everything you want cleaned.
What if I do not know the fabric type?
You don't need to identify it yourself. We check the material and care information. If you have a label, you can describe it or send a photo, but photos aren't required.
Will cleaning fix worn areas on my sofa?
Dirt and stains may improve, while wear, faded colour and damaged fibres can still show. We assess the area and explain what treatment is worth trying without promising restoration.
Is fabric protection worth adding?
It can make some spills easier to clean up on suitable fabrics. It doesn't make furniture stain-proof or replace routine care. Ask us to check whether it suits your piece.
